Heather has been involved in the world of food and nutrition for over 15 years. She’s professionally trained in culinary arts and has worked on organic farms.  


Passionate about improving health through food (the tastier, the better), Heather helps others create realistic personal goals for optimal health and performance. Heather is especially adept at finding nutritional solutions to support the performance of busy executives.


In her spare time Heather stays active by hiking and biking on Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula.
